By using the Salden application ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
Salden may be used solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with applicable local, national, and international laws.
The app allows you to record your voice to log expenses. By using this feature, you consent to the temporary processing of your audio by Groq's API for transcription and categorization. Audio is not stored permanently. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any voice input in the environments where you use the app.
Salden offers optional premium subscriptions managed through RevenueCat and the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your store account settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the applicable app store.
Using the app implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
All content in the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Sebastián Yamil Tleye / ChampaLabs. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it is error-free or that its operation will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use, including but not limited to loss of data or financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
Salden does not provide financial, accounting, or tax advice. All information displayed is for personal tracking purposes only and should not be considered professional guidance.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Argentina. In case of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Córdoba, Argentina.
This app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By using the app on an Apple device, you agree to its terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access at any time, especially in cases of violation of these Terms or misuse of the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
